Millionaire Mind: Business Training Simulator

Designed to reflect the real business world, providing knowledge and insights about it in a short, focused format.
Purpose: to help understand financial principles, income strategies, risk factors, and the importance of education.
The training covers topics such as cash flow, income, expenses, active and passive income, contingencies, emergency funds, and insurance.
Promotes skills such as responsibility, communication, teamwork, time management, and financial planning.

Training structure

The Millionaire’s Mind is structured around a dynamic interactive square with 24 sectors, each representing a different area of the business world.

Participants make moves and realize different cases, problems and challenges.
The activity has a limited time, which develops decision making, risk assessment and team building.

Choice of professions

At the beginning of the simulation, a strategic decision is made – choosing an industry from the profession classification tree.

Millionaire’s Mind includes 60 profession cards that represent 15 different industries and professions.
Each industry has 4 skill levels that offer a dynamic and exciting career experience during the simulation.

The road to success

The purpose of the simulation is achieved by executing
at least one of the 4 tasks:

  • Create a “emergency funds” equivalent to 3-6 months of expenses.
  • Generate passive income that exceeds the level of expenses.
  • Repay all loans and credits.
  • Accumulate assets totaling more than €100,000.
