After more than two decades in business development and management, I shifted my focus — because I discovered perhaps the most critical component in business.

At one point, I found myself grounded — a crashed pilot. The climb back to my true altitude was slow and humbling. But it taught me something invaluable: I wasn’t alone. There are countless fallen pilots out there. People who haven’t realized their potential, running endlessly in a worthless rat race — exhausted, unfulfilled, capable of so much more.
That realization became my mission. My life experience, international business background, and that painful climb back — with a touch of magic — brought me here. Not just to teach. To help you break free and rise.
